On Son Taimur?
We recently told her
that Kareena Kapoor Khan prefers to call her son 'Little John' instead of
Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi. It was conjectured that she does not like the name
Taimur and therefore decided to give it a nickname. We think, it's just his
Kapoor trend coming into play where he likes nicknaming. She is popularly known
as Bebo.
Kareena was recently
present at the launch of a new Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) channel,
along with the BBC's British trade arm BBC Worldwide, and will launch the
premium factual entertainment channel, Sony BBC Earth in India.
During the
interaction with the press, he was asked about how he felt about the
controversy surrounding the name of his son Taimur. She was even asked to
clarify reports that her husband, Saif Ali Khan was inclined to change the
name, while it was she who set her foot and kept the name.
He was smiling and
seemed to answer. Unfortunately, the host of the event interrupted and asked
the press to keep questions related to the launch of the channel only and did
not raise any personal questions.
